The Harlingen High School Choir Booster Executive Board meetings are held in the Choir Hall at 6:30 PM (unless otherwise stated) at a scheduled date. The secretary takes and compiles notes during each meeting for review and approval by the Board at the beginning of the following month's meeting. The meeting minutes are always approved by Board vote.
